Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2-8 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days*

*Delivery estimates are based on Australia Post guidelines and may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance processes.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $50 AUD
  • Standard Shipping: $7.95 AUD (flat rate)
  • Express Shipping: $12.95 AUD

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

4. Delivery Partners

We currently ship all orders using Australia Post. In some cases, other courier services (e.g., Sendle) may be used based on your location or delivery needs.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your parcel’s delivery status at any time.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time
  • We do not ship to countries with cosmetic import restrictions
  • International orders are subject to local customs regulations and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer
