We hope you love your purchase from SHE COSMETIC, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind or opened skincare/cosmetic products.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

5. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind
  • Items marked "final sale"
